Using Interactive Learning Strategy To Improve Students’ Reading Comprehension Achievement At The Eleventh Grade Students Of Mas Koto Rendah, Siulak. Academic Year 2021/2022

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan strategi Interactive Learning dalam meningkatkan prestasi pemahaman membaca siswa di MAS Koto Rendah Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman membaca siswa di MAS Koto Rendah. Selain itu, guru tidak menggunakan strategi yang tepat dalam mengajar untuk membuat siswa aktif dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mencoba menggunakan Interactive Learning sebagai strategi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas.

STRATEGIES USED BY ENGLISH TEACHERS AT EIGHTH GRADE OF MTsS SIULAK GEDANG IN TEACHING VOCABULARY

The purpose of this study was to investigate the teacher’s strategies on teaching English vocabulary at Eight Grade of MTsS Siulak Gedang. There are two problems that going to be discussed in this thesis those are: (1) what are the teacher’s strategies in teaching vocabulary at the Eight Grade students of MTsS Siulak Gedang, (2) why does the teacher apply the strategy teaching vocabulary at the Eight Grade students of MTsS Siulak Gedang. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach with descriptive research design to address these problems.

ENGLISH TEACHERS’ PERCEPTIONS OF LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT LITERACY AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS OF KERINCI THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/2023

Perceptions Based on the observation in the field, the researcher identify the problem as follow: English teachers look at assessment as something that is final with a purposeof just giving students a grade. Most of them do not know the term of assessment literacy. The assessment practice is not more than grading activities. Meanwhile, conceptualizations of LAL have also started to include classroom-based perspectives, opening up for the possibility of including issues related to, for example, formative assessment.

An Analysis Of Lecturers’ Strategy In Teaching Pronunciation At The Third Semester Of The English Department State Islamic Institute Of Kerinciacademic Year2022/2023

Beberapa mahasiswa mempunyai banyak masalah dalam pengucapan bahasa inggris. Pertama, beberapa siswa merasa kesulitan ketika mereka membedakan voiced dan voiceless. Kedua, sebagian besar siswa juga mengabaikan kata-kata yang memberi tekanan.Ketiga, mereja juga kesulitan membedakan vocal panjanng dan vocal pendek.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang digunakan dosen dalam mengajar pengucapan dan juga apa tantangan yang di hadapi dalam mengimplementasikan strategi tersebut, di Tadris Bahasa Inggris, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kerinci.
