Increasing cases of antibiotic resistance encourage researchers to find new bioactive compounds. The source of the newly developed antibiotics is utilizing endophytic bacteria. BA1 isolate is an endophytic bacterium from Lansano plant (Pterocarpus indicus Willd) which has high antimicrobial activity. Antibiotic compounds are produced through a fermentation process. The purpose of this study was to optimize the fermentation conditions of endophytic bacteria Lansano isolate BA1 in producing antibiotic compounds. Optimization of the fermentation time was carried out for 72 hours.

This study aims to reconstruct the community's original knowledge in the process of making potato dodol into scientific knowledge according to the halal criteria of a product determined by the halal product guarantee system. The research method used is descriptive qualitative based on ethnoscience with the scope of examination including document analysis, interviews and documentation. Data collection is done directly to respondents (business actors) by purposive sampling.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan self efficacy mahasiswa biologi melalui tahapan pengembangan konseptual modifikasi model inkuiri. Tahapan pengembangan konseptual modifikasi model inkuiri menggunakan prosedur sintesis Lee and Jang dengan pendekatan Theory-driven conceptual Instructional Design Models tipe F1-O1-S1-A1 dan dilanjutkan dengan tahapan eksperimen menggunakan uji-t.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yaitu hasil belajar siswa menurun dibuktikan dengan banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan guru. Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar IPA peserta didik sebelum menggunakan Model Nominal Group disertai Peta Konsep Peserta didik Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Sungai Penuh. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA Peserta Didik sebelum menggunakan model nominal group disertai peta konsep dengan sesudah menggunakan model nominal group disertai peta konsep, peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Sungai Penuh.

Penerapan pembelajaran daring berbasis google clasroom pada mahasiswa tadris Biologi IAIN Kerinci diperoleh rata-rata mahasiswa yang menjawab sangat setuju adalah 31,33%, yang menjawab setuju adalah 61,78%, kemudian 6,44% menjawab tidak setuju dan 0,44% menjawab sangat tidak setuju.

This research aims to describing the implementation of concept mapping learning on genetic course in State Islamic College of Kerinci (STAIN). This research focused on improving student achievement on cognitive domain through the implementation of the concept mapping strategy. Research subjects are biology students 5th semester year 2015/2016, amounting to 25 people. This type of research is classroom action research. The research instrument is a learning device (syllabus, SAP, and textbook), while collecting data by test and observation sheet.

Kawa beverage is a traditional Kerinci drinkingwho made from dried coffee leaves. Kerinci has the potential of 1,789 hectares of Arabica coffee garden area. The purposed of this study was to reconstruct the original knowledge of the community in the process of processing the kawa beverage into scientific knowledge which was used as a media for biology applied learning. The Location of this research was in Ujung Pasir Village,Lake of Kerinci, Regency of Kerinci, Jambi Province. The method of this research was used phenomenology method with descriptive qualitative approach.
