The increasing trend of positive cases of COVID-19 causes anxiety in the general public and certain groups of people. A study identified high levels of anxiety among respondents related to COVID-19, where more than 80 % of them were preoccupied with thoughts about COVID-19, 72 % worried about themselves and those closest to them during the pandemic, and 40 % were paranoid with the contagious mind of COVID-19. The COVID-19 Pandemic also affects the psychological aspects of students (Cao et al., 2020), as well as being a major challenge to mental health of older adults (Yang et al., 2020).

Metode menyangkut masalah cara kerja untuk memakai objek yang menjadi sasaran ilmu yang bersangkutan. Metode adalah cara atau prosedur yang ditempuh untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. This article aims to look at the propaganda strategy of BAZNAS Bengkulu Province in poverty alleviation. The method in this study is a mixed method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation, with interactive model analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that in optimizing the management of zakat, it must be oriented to the values of da'wah based on maqosyid sharia in realizing its mission of proselytizing as poverty alleviation. The strategy used is to follow the da'wah management, namely the planning stage.

Although overall, BAZNAS activities are da'wah activities because the National Amil Zakat Agency is given the responsibility to manage the social piety of the people.
