In spite of the legal basis for implementing guidance and counseling in higher education is not as complete and detailed as counseling services in primary and secondary education units, a number of regulations indicate that guidance and counseling services are an important element in the organization of college. This research aims to formulate a program of counseling services based on appropriate qur’ani values ​​according to the expert and describe the frequency of usage of the counseling service program to resolve student problems.

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar masih adanya indikasi siswa yang memiliki self control belajar yang lemah, padahal mereka berada pada era revolusi industri 4,0 yang mengharuskan seseorang memiliki self control belajar yang baik. Jika ini tidak dilakukan tindakan preventif maka akan mengganggu proses belajar siswa di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengungkap tingkat self control belajar siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 36 orang.

Motivasi adalah salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar. Sedangkan pada sekolah kejuruan, persepsi siswa tentang jurusan yang mereka pilih diduga merupakan salah satu faktor yang akan mempengaruhi motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Persepsi siswa tentang jurusan yaitu bagaimana siswa menilai dan memahami jurusan yang ditempati. Beberapa hasil penelitian telah menjelaskan bahwa persepsi merupakan salah satu faktor internal yang cukup besar pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan belajar.

Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan penuntun praktikum Biologi Umum berbasis problem solving menggunakan 3D pageflip sebagai bahan ajar yang digunakan mahasiswa pada praktikum Biologi umum. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya ketersedian penuntun praktikum Biologi umum di IAIN Kerinci dan menggali pengetahuan dan keterampilan kerja ilmiah mahasiswa.

Pendidikan bagi peserta didik telah memasuki paradigma baru di masa pandemi COVID-19 pada lima bulan terakhir. Kebijakan yang ditempuh pemerintah dengan menetapkan merdeka belajar menjadi era baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Peserta didik pada satuan tingkat pendidikan dasar hingga pendidikan tinggi perlu menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi baru dalam proses belajar era merdeka belajar masa kini.

The purpose of this study was to determine the perspective of mathematics education college students or preservice mathematics teachers on the use of educational games in mathematics learning at schools. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 48 college students in mathematics education. Student perspective data were obtained through a questionnaire given, then the data were tabulated and analyzed. The results showed that 93.75% of students agreed with the use of games in learning mathematics.

The improvement of mathematical problem-solving ability was the aim of this study through the application of the Realistic Mathematics Education approach compared to conventional learning according to the students' self-efficacy level. This study used a quasi-experimental study with a static group design conducted in eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Kerinci and SMP Negeri 5 Kerinci. Data collected through the questionnaire to determine students’ self-efficacy level and the test of students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities. The hypothesizes was tested using a t-test.

This study aims to analyze the types of error and its factors that cause students’ error in solving operation research problems in the program linear topic based on Newman’s Error Analysis (NEA). This research is qualitative research by using a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are fourth-grade college students in the Mathematics Education Program at State Islamic Institute of Kerinci that chosen by purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by using a test and interview. The data analysis was done descriptively.

Covid-19 pandemic had affected in paradigm changing of learning from face-to-face to online learning. It was not easily adapted by educators or students. This study aims to assessed responses from mathematics pre-service teachers about online lectures during the covid 19 outbreak. The research was a descriptive survey design that was conducted on 75 selected semester II-VI of math students in IAIN Kendari.  Responses were obtained by questionnaires and interviews that further were collected, sorted, and categorized base on an online lecture platform.

This study aims to describe the thinking process of students at the extended abstract level. The descriptive method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The instruments in this study included written test sheets and interview guides. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, display data, and concluding. The research subjects were two students who had reached the Extended abstract level on the SOLO taxonomy.
