Muslim students are expected to have ideals, commitment, and high integrity of religion and humanity. Therefore, to realize the Muslim’s personality as mentioned above, State Islamic College (STAIN) Kerinci has tried hard to make improvements and changes ranging from the very basic thing like formulate the vision and mission to the things that are physical development such as constructing of buildings, infrastructure facilities, and other facilities. There are many factors that can inhibit and disrupt the progress of learning, and often also the case of failure.

Biological knowledge holding a very important role in following the times. The concept itself is to discuss about development of science processes and natural events of the standpoint of science as well as contained in the Quran. Phenomenally science can be seen as a product, the process and paradigm of ethics (attitudes and value) in the processes that require a proof, so that will be verified in accordance with the concept, law and supported theories.

The scope of the al-Qada 'is related to the implementation of syariah law in a particular case, which is intended for the realization of peace and well-being of the flesh.

God created man with a habit that tends to accumulate and are not able to make ends meet alone without the help of others. So Allah sent down the regulations and obligations for them as guidelines that they must comply in life together, to keep the implementation of the regulation, obliging him to appoint a manager in charge of managing their affairs and to act as a judge in resolving disputes between them.

In fact, human life would not be fit at all times, sometimes they experienced pain, fainting so that prayer is neglected. Shall neglected prayer be replaced by / qadha or not? In this regard the fuqaha have different opinions on determining the law. Here the author tried to compare the opinions and arguments of each Imam mazhab to take a valid opinion. 

Normally, the position of the human person with all the rights of the most fundamental has gained recognition in the Declaration and the International Covenants. Human rights have become values and norms in international relations. This is shown by the agreement of all countries, at least in countries that are members of the United Nations to the United Nations Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948).

One of the problems in the world of education in Indonesia highlighted that many people are of quality problems or quality. Quality of education is of course related to learning. However, reality shows that  a lot of the students did not achieve expected maximum learning because there are several factors that influence them, which are; the influence of close friends, economic status, encouragement of parents, facilities and infrastructure. On the other hand the dynamics of what happens to the students showed clearly the tendency of students to disinterest in science studies.
