The aims of this research is to clarify the type of multi-contract used by National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulama Council (DSN-MUI) in its product innovation, so that the multi-contract concept used is a multi-contract concept that is in accordance with sharia rules and principles. This research is sharia economic law research that uses descriptive literature research methods. This research uses a normative juridical approach. The primary data used in this research is the DSN-MUI Fatwa which is related to the concept of hybrid contracts in the innovation of sharia banking products.

Orang Jawa datang ke wilayah Kerinci pada zaman kolonial sebagai Kuli Kontrak, lalu menetap dan beregenerasi, bahkan ada yang tak pernah melihat tanah Jawa dan tak mau disebut Orang Jawa. Mereka lebih nyaman disebut Jaker (Jawa Kerinci), walaupun identitas budayanya menjadi ambigu. Orang Jaker dikenal rajin, ulet, dan ukil sehingga lebih makmur dan sejahtera. Di era desentralisasi, kebijakan pemerintah daerah cenderung mementingkan ikatan primordial seperti identitas suku, ras, dan kedaerahan yang memperuncing pertentangan kepentingan antara etnis lokal dan pendatang.

This article aims to describe the interconnection integration of Quranic Tafsir and Anthropology as an analysis of the value of Islamic education in the Nyadran tradition that developed in Semedo Village, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. Nyadran by the Javanese is carried out to welcome the month of Ramadan. At first, Nyadran was a ritual of worship of ancestral spirits carried out by Hindu-Buddhist. However, as Islam came to the archipelago, this tradition was transformed so that it became a tradition containing local wisdom that synergized with Islamic values.

Nahdlatul Ulama is the only major political party representing Muslims in national politics during the implementation of guided democracy. NU’s accommodative and flexible political practices have made Nahdlatul Ulama able to live and continue to survive in difficult times. This is inseparable from NU’s religious political strategy, which is its guideline. The theological basis based on the theory of fiqh and ushul fiqh can be seen in NU’s acceptance of the guided democracy concept. This paper aims to reveal NU’s theological foundation in accepting the concept of guided democracy.

This study aims to determine, analyze the characteristics, and construct the formation of religious character in students at PTKIN throughout Indonesia.

The authenticity of the Hadith of the Prophet p.b.u.h. no doubt about his belief among Muslims. However, the study of the authenticity of this hadith is a topic that is always discussed. Especially the orientalists are looking for errors or mistakes from the hadith. Mustafa al-Sibai explains in the book al-Sunnah wa Makanatuha fi al-Tasyri’ al-Islami, two of which are the primary triggers for these orientalists. First, there is a reason for blind fanaticism and spreading falsehoods about Islamic teachings.

The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of character education in the learning community at Islamic boarding schools in improving the oral skills of students. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The method of data collection and data processing uses literature studies and qualitative analysis, researchers look for data collections from scientific articles in various journals and then analyze them.

In Indonesia, family law is well regulated in law or government regulations. In this case, with the increasingly complex family law issues supported by divorce rates, which reached 398,245 in 2015, then in 2017, it increased to 415,898, and with the development of science and technology, so many problems arise both in terms of muamalah or family law itself. For this reason, structuring is needed through legal reform that makes it follow what is needed by the wider community.
