Dusun Dalam Village Government established a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Karya Dermawan is a policy utilization. The main pillar was established BUMDes Karya Dermawan in accordance with the mandate of the objectives whose activities were oriented to encourage the welfare of the village community. Therefore, this study was conducted aimed at looking at the welfare provided by BUMDes Karya Dermawan Dusun Dalam village especially to the beneficiary community and compare the level of welfare before and after BUMDes Karya Dermawan was established.

Maqasid sharia is still one of the exciting study themes to be studied. Because of its development, the study of maqasid discourse is still in an effort to find the ideal form of the conceptual formulation. For this reason, this study will review the correlation between the understanding of maqasid sharia and social change as a necessity in an effort to do istinbath al-ahkam.

Buying and selling is a basic form of human economic activity and is recommended in Islam because Rasulullah SAW has mentioned in the hadith that nine out of 10 gates of fortune are through buying and selling (commerce). Buying and selling are not prohibited in Islam but allowed to practice and do it in everyday life. Today, buying and selling transactions use online media (e-commerce). Some people understand it as a business related to the internet.

The Legal Capitulation Treaty was favorable in the heyday, because traders were stimulated to carry out activities in the Ottoman ports, especially in Istanbul. Many of the rich when it is not willing to lend money without any remuneration they receive. While many of the borrowers are not able to pay off debts due in return they have to pay along with money borrowed. On the other hand benefits granted on the basis of borrowing money, according to scholars of fiqh including usury. So to avoid usury, the community of Bukhara and Balkh formatting a form of trading known as alWafa` Bai'u.

The hybrid learning model, also called "mixed learning," is a way to move towards an efficient new normal. Hybrid learning includes both in-person and online meetings that are planned ahead of time so that learning goals can be communicated directly during face-to-face learning. So, the goal of this study was to look at how the hybrid learning model could be used as a way to get post-pandemic students interested in learning and improve their understanding when using full distance learning mode.

Abstract: Quran memorization education in Indonesia has recently experienced significant developments, both in terms of style and method. This indicates a shift in the perception of the Muslim community towards tahfidz education. This study aims to reveal the transformation of tahfidz education in Indonesia and the changes in people's perspective on tahfidz tradition.
