Uji Plagiat The Religious Moderation in the Family and the Character Education: Appreciating Local Cultures and Other Religions

This research considers the value of character education in the family environment in realizing religious moderation. It is a case study of the multi-ethnic and religious community of Kayu Aro Kerinci, Indonesia. The research focuses on the values of character education for children and methods of instilling character values within the family in the Kayo Aro community, Kerinci, Indonesia. It is qualitative research with a sociological approach to Islamic education. Data sources are based on observation and interviews. Meanwhile, data informants are parents and schoolteachers.

COVID-19 has a significant impact on various aspects, one of which is the learning process. This study aims to describe the readiness of teacher education students to organize online learning. The method used in this research was mixed methods. Ninety-seven students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program IAIN Kerinci filled in a survey from November to December 2021. For the purposes of qualitative data, 3 people participated, including the Head of the Department, the Dean and the Vice Rector for Academic.

This study is aimed to describe the implementation of anti-radicalism Islamic Education in building harmony at Sungai Penuh City. The type of the study is descriptive qualitative. the data are obtained through in-depth interview, observation, and document analysis. The result of this study revealed that the city government of Sungai Penuh has been implementing the anti-radicalism of Islamic education both formally and informally. Formally, such as government working units and Educational institutions (school, Islamic Boarding School).

This distinctive is designed to form the noble character of students based on Islamic values ​​in Madrasah. The emergence of the concept of religious moderation initiated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and set forth in the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) indicates that the program for internalizing and strengthening the values of religious moderation is very important and urgent to implement. The values of religious moderation consist of four points, namely national commitment, tolerance, anti-radicalism, and accommodative to local culture.

Principals are educational institution leaders responsible for the management and growth of their schools. Principals with solid managerial skills can motivate school staff to work effectively and efficiently, thereby enhancing the performance of teachers and support staff. This study's objective was to identify variances in the managerial competence of school principals based on their accreditation ratings. This research employed a cross-sectional survey methodology. One hundred sixteen school principals participated in the survey.

Does Certification Program Affect Teacher Performance? Evidence from Sungai Penuh City, Indonesia

Teacher certification is one way to ensure that teachers have the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies necessary to provide quality teaching and achieve optimal learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the performance of certified and non-certified teachers and to compare the performance of teachers in both groups. The study used a survey design. Over a period of two months, 115 teachers from two schools in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province, participated in the survey. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive and Mann Whitney U Test.
