Mutu pendidikan merupakan sasaran pembangunan dibidang pendidikan nasional dan merupakan bagian integral dari upaya peningkatan kualitas manusia Indonesia secara menyeluruh Dalam rangka mewujudkan fungsi idealnya itu madrasah harus senantiasa mengorientasikan diri agar tetap survice dan mampu tampil bermakna, di tengah tuntutan terhadap penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan penghayatan nilai-nilai agama. Dalam kenyataannya upaya pemerintah tersebut belum cukup berarti dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstrak. Ketatnya persaingandalamlapangan kerja sekarang ini menuntut lulusan dari lembaga pendidikan yang bermutupendidikan Islam sebagai agen perubahan sosial masyarakat.Indonesia dituntut untuk mampu memainkanperannya secara dinamis dan proaktif dalam setiap zaman. Harapan tersebut tidaklah mudah untuk diwujudkan, hingga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia sering berhadapan dengan berbagai problematika yang tidak ringan.

Abstrak. Sistem pendidikan pada saat ini lebih mengutamakan pada pengembangan sikap Spiritual yang ada hubungannya dengan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ). Kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) sangat penting dibentuk dalam diri mahasiswa. Kenyataandilapangan, proses pendidikan yang selama ini dilakukan dinilai belum sepenuhnya berhasil dalam membangun manusia Indonesia yang berkarakter. Disamping itu, dilihat dari perkembangan zaman saat sekarang ini, kebutuhan masyarakat sangat dipengaruhi oleh budaya barat. Oleh sebab itu, individu jika dinilai dari kecerdasan spiritualnya sangatmemprihatinkan.

The quality of education in Indonesia needs to improve. In order to achieve quality education the leadership of the school principal and the school management matters. This study was conducted to examine the influence of the principal and the school leadership on effective school management. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 113 people. The study used the Likert model, as the principal's leadership instrument and effective school management instrument. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis.

Pandangan sebagian masyarakat berasumsi bahwa menurut fiqh perempuan muslim tidak memiliki kebebasan dalam menentukan siapa yang mereka harus nikahi. This paper discusses the buying and selling of credit, which has the potential to contain usury. The sale and purchase of credit are examined from the hadith's perspective about buying and selling and the hadith about usury. This paper aims to highlight the allowable and prohibited buying and selling of credit, which departs from the traditions about buying and selling and usury. Islam upholds the principle of willing consent in marriage, prohibiting coercion, yet in the Lekuk Lima Puluh Tumbi Lempur Jambi community, forced marriages occur due to local customs, leading to negative consequences. The research method used was field research focusing on the Lekuk Lima Puluh Tumbi Lempur community, Jambi, Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed and studied with Islamic law. The findings first show that the forced marriage occurs when a man and a woman return to the village after a late night.

KH Idham Chalid who at that time served as chairman of PBNU issued his political ijtihad that guided democracy was in accordance with Islamic teachings. In Indonesia, the narrative of Religious Moderation is being hotly discussed and has even been included in the RPJMN 2020-2024. The target index has been determined, but measurement instruments are still minimal and can be used to measure the level of religious moderation at the university level. This research was conducted in response to these needs. The development of this instrument uses a unidimensional construct using Rasch analysis. The number of samples used was 406 students selected using the multistage random sampling technique.
