Since the spread of modernization to all corners of the world, human life, especially Muslims, has undergone many changes regarding perspectives and behavior towards various kinds of individual and community groups. All aspects of life in terms of religion, social, economy, education, culture experience drastic changes. One of the effects of modernization has led to large-scale economic changes, especially in people's consumption behavior due to the abundance of objects of service, and the availability of material goods on the market.

Islamisasi muncul karena kekhawatiran intelektual Muslim yang melihat umat Islam berada dalam krisis akibat penerapan ilmu pengetahuan Barat yang berbass sekuler. Konsep sekuler dalam ilmu pengetahuan tidak sesuai dengan umat Islam karena memisahkan agama dari ilmu. Intelektual Muslim yang gencar mengagas Islamisasi adalah syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas dan Isma’il Raji Al-Faruqi. Keduanya sama-sama beranggapan bahwa ilmu pengetahuan Barat tidak bebas nilai karena berisi ide-ide, nilai-nilai dan doktrin dari kebudayaan dan peradaban Barat.

E-Learning is one of the breakthroughs in education that requires information technology. Various online learning models began to be developed. For example blended learning, distance learning (distance learning) and flipped learning. Online learning is basically trying to innovate and change the paradigm in learning. One model of online learning that is currently quite a lot of learning in educational research is reverse learning. Reverse classes are learning held in class with online learning.

Ibn Makawaih is a philosopher who focuses on morals. Ibn Miskawaih states that morality is a state of the soul of a person who encourages to do something without going through consideration of thoughts first. The purpose of moral education formulated by Ibn Miskawaih is the realization of an inner attitude that is able to encourage spontaneously to give birth to all good-value actions so that they can achieve perfection and obtain true and perfect happiness.

Minangkabau and Mandailing are two different ethnicities. Minangkabau ethnicity has a modernist dominant Muslim and has a matrilineal tradition. While the Mandailing ethnic group has a conservative dominant Islam and has a patrilinear tradition. Of the two ethnic groups, two large organizations were born on the island of Sumatra, namely Muhammadiyah from the Minangkabau ethnic group identified with Pemuda and Al-Washliyah from the Mandailing ethnic group identified with Kaum Tua, both of which had major influences in education, culture and health and politics. .

Salafiyah is reform movement focusing on the matters of akidah and Islamic puritanism. The Islamic teaching should not be treated as a doctrine (das sein) in the society but it should be actualized as stipulated by al-Qur’an and Hadis (das sollen).

Dewasa ini, bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual semakin berkembang. Aturan hukum yang ada saat ini belum cukup mengatur terkait kekerasan seksual tersebut. Maka dibentuk Rancangan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual untuk mengakomodasi perlindungan hukum terhadap kekerasan seksual di Indonesia. Studi perbandingan antara Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana dengan Rancangan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual ini bertujuan untuk mereformasi aturan hukum terkait kekerasan seksual yang ada di Indonesia.

Pada masa kontemporer ini, banyak masyarakat Muslim Indonesia yang berasumsi bahwa asuransi merupakan pilihan yang terbaik. Karena mereka menganggap bahwa asuransi dapat menjamin kehidupan mereka. Namun, hal ini kurang dibenarkan dalam syari’ah Islam karena asuransi yang mereka gunakan adalah asuransi konvensional. Yang mana didalamnya terdapat permasalahan-permasalahan seperti gharar dan maisir yang sangat bertentangan dengan syari’ah Islam.

This paper examines the hadiths of the hadith tradition in riyadush shalihin: the study of the guarding of the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet. The issues that are being studied are: What are the traditions of the Holy Prophet in the chapter to keep the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet in Riyadush Shalihin, how the quality and how the scholars understand it. This research is pure literature by using the method of criticism of hadith as a means of assessing the quality of the hadith.

The Sammaniyah Order was the largest in the archipelago and became the driver of jihad fi sabilillah against the Dutch colonial. The involvement of the Sammaniyah Congregation in the political world has denied various views that claim the tarekat as the bearer of setbacks and chaos. This reason is the basis of this tarekat and political study. To find answers to the grand problem of the relationship between the Sammaniyah Congregation and the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate, historical research methods are used with steps such as heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography.

In addition, Islamic religious instructors in carrying out their duties and functions are assisted by non-civil servants of Islamic religious instructors consisting of religious leaders who are very instrumental in fostering religious communities to improve the faith, piety and harmony of religious people, especially in Sungai Penuh City. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the performance of the Non government employees Religious Extension Ministry of Religion (Study in Sungai Penuh City). This research is a qualitative research with a type of field research.

Development in the socio-political field and stabilization of political awareness of life are necessary for every citizen, in order to achieve Pancasila Democracy so that it can guarantee the smooth running of the business to achieve the national goals. This research uses a practical juridical approach. The data obtained will then be analyzed qualitatively by drawing conclusions using inductive methods.

Land in Kerinci is still classified as fertile and productive to be processed into farming activities. The purpose of this study was to find out the potential utilization of sleeping land in Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir Village, Lake Kerinci Subdistrict, Kerinci Regency and find out suitable agricultural processing solutions for sleeping land in Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir Village, Lake Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. Research subjects included: farmers and community members around the sleeping area.

This study aims to explore and analyze the principal's management in improving the quality of education at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau. The approach used in this research is qualitative research approach by using field research type (field research). The subject of the study was the principal at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation study. The analyst technique used is as follows: (1). Data reduction, (2). Presentation of data, (3). After the data is compiled and then drawn conclusions in the form of matrices and narratives.

The environment in Islamic teachings is rooted in the Qur'an. The approach used in this study is sociological juridical. The sample technique that the researcher used in this study was purposive sampling. After the data is classified then analyzed qualitatively, the analysis is not based on mathematical calculations but underlies the reality that is in the field then described in the form of reality. The results of this study include: 1) Human relations as caliphs on earth to their environment must be based on the principle of correct use and avoiding damage.

“Pappaseng” is an oral literature spoken by “to riyolo na Ugi'e” (ancestor of the Bugis tribe) to give a message to “ana 'monri'e” (young generation) so as not to fall into the things that are not desirable. While the Quran and the hadth is a way of life for Muslims that contains values from all aspects of human life, including the one is about moral messages, ethics and rule of interaction. Both become the basis of life of Bugis tribe people in living their lives and interact with each other.

Permasalahan yang pertama kali muncul ketika Nabi Muhammad wafat adalah masalah khilafah/kepemimpinan, mengenai siapa yang cocok menggantikan kedudukannya sebagai kepala negara. Islam tidak memberikan sistem kepemimpinan dan ketatanegaraan yang paten untuk umat Islam. Sementara tujuan pendirian Negara adalah mewujudkan kemakmuran.

Dalam kajiannya, secara umum Abu Zayd mengatakan bahwa pemaknaan terhadap teks al-Qur’an, tidak terlepas dari konteks zaman pada masa turunnya, keduanya pasti memiliki saling keterkaitan sehingga dari situlah, Abu Zayd mengeluarkan teori mengenai Ta’wil, Talwin, dan Pembaacaan Produktif

Akibat hukum dari perkawinan tidak dicatatkan, status anak yang dilahirkan dari perkawinan tersebut akan menjadi tidak jelas  karena perkawinan orang tuanya  hanya sah secara agama. Meskipun anak tersebut adalah anak sah, tetapi tidak mempunyai bukti outentik yang dapat menguatkan bahwa anak tersebut adalah anak sah dari kedua orang tuannya. Kedudukan anak yang dilahirkan dari suatu perkawinan yang tidakdicatatkan hanya memiliki hubungan perdata dengan ibunya.

Riset ini riset transformatif sosial dalam upaya memberdayakan perempuan muslimah yang tertular HIV AIDS, yang kemudian mereka menjadi Orang Dengan HIV AIDS (ODHA). Dalam riset ini mereka disebut sebagai perempuan muslimah ODHA. Lokasi riset  di Kebumen Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Riset ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan menggunakan model participatory action research (PAR) dan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang diramu dalam  model knowledge sharing  dan diskusi hasil temuan secara partisipatoris. Informan kuncinya adalah sejumlah perempuan muslimah ODHA di Kebumen.

Nizam al-Mulk bukan hanya sekedar wazir yang telah membangkitkan keterpurukan Daulah Abbasiyah namun beliau juga telah membawa zamannya dengan sebutan golden age. Keberhasilan Nizam al-Mulk dalam membangkitkan keterpurukan Daulah Abbasiyah sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan Baghdad terutama pada bidang politik dan ekonomi Islam. Pemikiran Nizam al-Mulk terhadap politik dan ekonomi Islam dituangkan dalam karyanya “The Book The Book of Government or Rules for Kings (The Siyar al-Muluk or Siyasat-Nama of Nizam al-Mulk)” yang sekarang menjadi suatu pusat perhatian yang sangat besar.

Islamic Education teachers' social competence is still questionable and has not been done optimally and needs to be improved. The aims of this research are to find out how the role of social competence of the Islamic Education teachers' of Kemantan State Islamic School should be owned. Data and information are obtained from primary and secondary data from observations and interviews with Islamic Education teachers, as well as literature related to the focus of the study. The results of the study show that communication with Madrasah heads is generally good, but has not been done routinely.

Ekonomi Islam berasaskan Al-Quran dan Sunnah. Asas muamalah yang berbentuk  suruhan dan larangan bertujuan untuk membangaun  keseimbangan rohani dan jasmani manusia berasaskan tauhid. Sedangkan  ekonomi konvensional lahirberdasarkan pemikiran manusia yang bisa berubah dan bersifat tidak kekal, bahkan terkadang mengabaikan aspek etika dan moral tergantung kepentingan apa  dan siapa.

Ancaman radikal sekarang ini sangat marak terjadi di tengah masyarakat Indonesia, yang dilakukan kelompok radikalisme, fundamentalisme, ekstrimis dan lainnya. Tindakan radikalisme disamping menimbulkan keresahan, juga dapat menimbulkan  konflik secara luas, bahkan  menimbulkan rangkaian aksi teror, peledakan bom di beberapa daerah. Perlakuan kekerasan seperti ini harus dicegah sedini mungkin. Salah satu upaya dalam mencegah aksi-aksi tersebut, Kota Sungai Penuh mencari alternatif solusi, dengan mengimplementasikan pendidikan Islam moderat.
