This paper deals with two models namely valuation assessment of conventional and alternative assessment. Issues to be discussed is how the relationship between alternative assessments with conventional assessment? How is the relationship between alternative assessment evaluation system?. how the urgency of alternative assessments for educators? Discussion of using literature to examine the content analysis. The conclusion is: 1. Relationships bettween alternative assessment with conventional assessment, namely: a. Assessment of alternative complement conventional assessment. b. Alternative assessment and conventional assessment part of the assessment includes the competence of the cognitive, affective and psychomotor, 2. Alternative assessment relationship with the evaluation system is an alternative assessment must be based on proper evaluation process and refers to the principle of evaluation. 3. Urgency alternative assessment for educators is to assess the capability and competency criteria that students can not be assessed by using conventional assessment. But not necessary to establish a rigid educators one of the assessment. Precisely should be combined because it will result in a better assessment.
