This research is focused on the prototype development stage to see the practicality of learning devices in developing a ProblemBased Learning model accompanied by Metacognition Instructions. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were students of Mathematics Education at IAIN Kerinci and lecturers of Mathematics at IAIN Kerinci. This study uses instruments 1) In-depth interview sheets for students and lecturers of Mathematics at IAIN Kerinci; 2) Participant Observation; and 3) Documentation.
"The Influence of Scramble-Type Cooperative Learning Models on Students' Understanding of Mathematical Concepts in Rectangles and Triangles" In studying mathematics, understanding mathematical concepts is very important for students. Because mathematical concepts are related to one another so to learn it must be coherent and continuous. But in reality there are still many students who have not been able to understand the concept of learning as a whole. One of the efforts and solutions to overcome this is that there must be a renewal in the learning model.
Learning process is the success key factor of students. To create a good atmosphere of learning process, teachers need to innovate their models, methods and strategies. One of the strategy is hypnoteaching as a creative, unique and imaginative learning method. The community service was done to introduced hypnoteaching and trained teachers so that they can apply it in classroom. The targets of this community service were math teachers. To do hypnoteaching, students must be conditioned read to learn and teachers are required to be stable psychologically and psychologically.
The popular scientific book was developed to construct the reader's knowledge in recognizing survival plants in the forest. T he purposed of the development of this book was to help in identifying the wild plants that can be consumed and used as medical material dir ectly in the forest. Besides, the development process, the practicality and validity stages of popular scientific books were inten ded to assess the exactness and easiness of the use of these popular scientific books.
