"The Influence of Scramble-Type Cooperative Learning Models on Students' Understanding of Mathematical Concepts in Rectangles and Triangles" In studying mathematics, understanding mathematical concepts is very important for students. Because mathematical concepts are related to one another so to learn it must be coherent and continuous. But in reality there are still many students who have not been able to understand the concept of learning as a whole. One of the efforts and solutions to overcome this is that there must be a renewal in the learning model. The learning model that is expected to improve students' understanding of concepts is the Scramble Type Cooperative Learning Model. The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding of the concepts of students in class VII SMPN 7 Kerinci who used the Scramble type cooperative learning model and those who did not use the Scramble type cooperative learning model and to find out whether there was an influence on the understanding of mathematical concepts of students in class VII SMPN 7 Kerinci between those who using the Scramble-type cooperative learning model and those not using the Scramble-type cooperative learning model. This research took place at the State Junior High School 7 Kerinci and was conducted in class VII semester II 2022. The sample classes were taken from two classes of four classes, class VIIC as the experimental class and class VIID as the control class. Sampling in this study was carried out by means of probability sampling. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research. The findings in this study are the average concept understanding of the control class students is 78,10. While the average understanding of mathematical concepts of experimental class students is 88,03. This means that "there is an influence on students' conceptual understanding in learning mathematics that uses the Scramble-type cooperative learning model and those who do not use the Scramble-type cooperative learning model for the seventh grade students of SMPN 7 Kerinci in the 2022 school year"
