This study attempts to explain the relationship between work stress and work environment on teacher morale. Job stress in terms of task demands, role demands, interpersonal demands, organizational structure of organizational leadership. The working environment is viewed from the lighting / light in the workplace, air circulation in the workplace, noise at work, unpleasant odors at work, security at work. Meanwhile, working spirit is viewed from work discipline, work accuracy, work enthusiasm, work craft. The results showed that morale can be assessed through work stress because the results obtained were significant and the work environment also obtained significant results. Taken together, work stress and work environment have significant results on morale.
