Deskripsi/Abstract
This research aims to evaluate the implementation of employee training and development policies at the Education Office of District X and identify the challenges faced in its execution. The research utilized a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and document analysis as data collection techniques. The respondents included policy managers, training implementers, and employees who participated in the training programs. The research findings demonstrate successful efforts in enhancing the quality and competencies of employees through training programs that focused on technical expertise and soft skills. The identified challenges encompass budget constraints, insufficientplanning, limited availability of qualified facilitators, and incomplete evaluation processes. The results of this evaluation and identification of challenges are expected to contribute to the enhancement of the effectiveness of employee training and development policies at the Education Office of District X. Improving the quality of training, robust planning, appropriate budget allocation, and continuous evaluation are anticipated to address these challenges and optimize the benefits of training programs for employees and educational services in the region.
