This research aims to evaluate the implementation of employee training and development policies at the Education Office of District X and identify the challenges faced in its execution. The research utilized a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and document analysis as data collection techniques. The respondents included policy managers, training implementers, and employees who participated in the training programs.
