Configuration the Thought of Islamic Law Throught Social Media in Indonesia

This study shows the reasoning behind Islamic law, which has recently become popular, along with the popularity of preachers through social media. Three themes of analysis are discussed in this study: the law of wishing Merry Christmas, the law of celebrating birthdays, and the law of music. Judging from the source, this research is text research. The text to be studied is in the form of lectures by well-known preachers on YouTube social media. This study uses an interdisciplinary approach, which combines discourse analysis with Islamic legal philosophy (ushul fiqh).

The birth and formation of laws and regulations related to sharia economic law is based on the growing development of sharia financial institutions (LKS). The operation of Islamic financial institutions must of course be in accordance with Islamic principles, namely those based on the Qur'an and hadith. The birth of laws and regulations of sharia economic law is actually rooted in fiqh muamalah. The research method used in this study is library research, namely research using library data from books, journals, theses, dissertations, articles and others.

The Reconstruction of Mental Revolution Concept towards COVID-19

Indonesia is considered unable to handle problems amid the COVID-19 pandemic rightly. The number of work terminations (PHK) continues to increase and the debt for countermeasures is also getting bigger. The concept of the 2014 Mental Revolution is questioned to solve the pandemic problems. This paper examines the mental revolution concept during the COVID-19 pandemic.

THE STYLE OF USING VEIL IN THE AGE OF GLOBALIZATION: Overview of Concepts and Practices

Along with the times, some people see the veil as no longer a symbol of piety but instead follow trends or popular models, not to mention that the veil is only considered a necessity used at certain times like entangled criminal cases and attending court. On the other hand, some use the veil as following the concept stipulated in Islam, namely, an obligation that cannot be abandoned and not adhered to by certain times, conditions, and situations. This article aims to explain the veil concept in Islam and the form of practice in society.

THE COMMAND OF IDEOLOGY TRANFORMATION FROM ANIMISM TO ISLAMIS: TRANSCRIPTION AND TRANSLATION OF PIAGAM KERINCI

This study analyzes the manuscripts of Piagam Kerinci (Sultan Kerinci charter) and letter stored in the collection of National Library of the Republic of Indonesia. The purposes of this study are (1) to describe the contents of the charter and letters, (2) to explain the development of Islam in Kerinci as reflected on the content of the manuscript, and (3) to reveal the message contained in the manuscript. This study uses a philological approach through historical writing analysis. Several concepts and theories are used as a tool to analyze the historical phenomena studied.

Hybrid Contracts in Leasing and Ijarah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik in Indonesia Sharia Financial Institutions

This article discusses the implementation of the concept of hybrid contracts in the product of ijarah al muntahiya bit tamlik (IMBT) and leasing at Indonesia Islamic Financial Institutions. This article aimed to find out the implementation of hybrid contract concept in IMBT and leasing products at Indonesia Islamic Financial Institutions. This article was conducted using qualitative researc hmethod. The data in this study were obtained from library materials such as books, journals, articles, etc.

Actualization of Religious Moderation in Islamic Fatwas in Mainstream Online Media in Indonesia

This study is intended to explain the actualization of religious moderation in Islamic fatwas in mainstream media in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, in the form of media text studies combined with field studies. The media that is used as the object of study is Republika online which is considered to be able to represent mainstream media that has an interest in Islamic issues. Data analysis used the critical discourse analysis method developed by Teun A van Dijk.

Considering Death Penalty for Corruptors in Law on Corruption Eradication from the Perspective of Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah

The implementation of the death penalty for corruptors has never been decided by any judges throughout the history of law enforcement in Indonesia. However, Law No. 31 of 1999 jo Law No. 20 of 2001 on Corruption Eradication has established the criteria or conditions for a corruptor to be sentenced to death. This was an empirical legal study which was conducted by library research. This article examines judge decisions by a descriptive analysis. The theory used in this research was maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah.

TITLE WALIYUL AMRI ADH-DHARURI BI SYAUKAH AS NU’S SUPPORT TO SOEKARNO IN GUIDED DEMOCRACY 1959-1965

The Nahdlatul Ulama Party is one of the Islamic parties that became a loyalist party to President Soekarno during the implementation of guided democracy. This is because the political strategy used by the NU Party is a realistic political strategy and tends to be accommodating and cooperative in dealing with President Soekarno’s new political situation, namely guided democracy.
