Fatwa is believed to be a container having an important and significant role in the religious life of the Islamic community. The urgency and significance can be seen from its function as a mediating between the ideals of Islamic law on the one hand with the factual reality-communities on the other. This is where all the problems, concerns, hopes, aspirations and experiences presented and confronted people to look for common ground with the ideals of moral and religious ethics in Shari'ah mediated by the intellectual prowess of a mufti.

This study is about the economic potential offered by KONSAIN (Indonesian Santri Agribusiness Contact). KONSAIN was established to build funding sources for educational institutions, da'wah institutions and social institutions, for the sake of education, da'wah and social throughout Indonesia through the development of oil palm plantation started from East Kalimantan. This study will use a descriptive-analytical approach by analyzing the progress of the number of members, member types, and the origin of members.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan Pengetahuan masyarakat tentang zakat perniagaan terutama di kalangan pengusaha batik di Kota Sungai Penuh . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mengkaji tentang hukum zakat perdagangan dalam Islam yang mengarah pada pemahaman pengusaha batik tentang zakat perniagaan serta kendala yang dihadapi leh para pengusaha batik terhadap zakat perniagaan.
