Salah satu tujuan perusahaan/industri adalah peningkatan produktivitas para pekerja agar mampu menghasilkan barang atau jasa lebih banyak tanpa harus menambah waktu dan dana. Permasalahan yang ditimbulkan dalam pengupahan adalah bahwa pengusaha dan tenaga kerja umumnya mempunyai pengertian dan kepentingan yang berbeda mengenai upah. Jika suatu industri ingin meningkatkan penghasilan, industri tersebut perlu meningkatkan produksi yang salah satunya dengan upaya meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan memberikan upah yang bisa memotifasi para pekerja untuk lebih produktif.

Kesejahteraan menurut sebagian masyarakat selalu dikaitkan dengan konsep kualitas hidup. Konsep kualitas hidup merupakan gambaran tentang keadaan kehidupan yang baik. Kesejahteraan pun menjadi bagian penting bagi suatu negara, bahkan, didirikannya atau dibentuknya sebuah negara salah satu tujuannya adalah dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh masyarakatnya. Berbagai cara, metode, aturan, alat, pendekatan, ataupun kebijakan telah dipilih, ditempuh dan dilakukan oleh sebuah negara dalam rangka untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut.

This study analyzes the effect of profitability ratios, leverage, and company size on earnings management in Property and Construction Companies registered with Shariah Compliant Securities Malaysia. The sample of this research was 40 companies which were selected using the random sampling method. This study uses Eviews 9 software to analyze data. The results showed that the profitability ratio partially affected earnings management, while the leverage ratio and company size did not have a significant effect on earnings management.

This study aims to examine the perceptions of financial statements and accounting knowledge of the quality of MSME financial statements in the full river city in 2019. The population in this study was MSMEs in the full river city. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents with purposive sampling data collection techniques. The data analysis tool used is the Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and test coefficient of determination.

This study intends to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kerinci Regency. This research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic in the period March to May 2020. The population of this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kerinci District, where the sample of this study amounted to 150 taken with quota sampling techniques.

This study aims to see the effect of murabaha and ijarah income on the profitability of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk for the period 2014-2018. This research is a descriptive analytical and verification study using a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the financial statements of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple linear regression. From the simultaneous testing (f test) it was concluded that Murabahah and Ijarah Income had a significant effect on the profitability of PT.
