Setelah melalui pembahasan maka berdasarkan uraian mengenai analisis penerapan fungsi manajemen masjid oleh Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid (DKM) masjid Istiqomah Desa Pulau Sangkar setelah dikemukan dari bab-bab sebelumnya yang didukung data lapangan dan teori yang ada maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa: 1. Alms in Islam has two dimensions: the spiritual piety and and the social piety dimensions. In the spiritual dimension alms is one of observance to God, in the social context, alms tighten the friendship of the people. This paper elaborates perspective of the Indonesian Islamic Propagation Institute (LDII) on alms, which according to LDII economic empowerment can be done through this religious activity. Results of the research in the perspective LDII that organized by encouraged members to donate 10% of their salary. The result of the alms activites is 1500 LDII’s mosques have been built.

Abstract. This study aims to examine the supervisory system of BAZNAS of Bengkulu Province in the empowerment of zakat with the aim to alleviate poverty. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological paradigm to build the reality of ideas. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed by using the Miles & Huberman interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification.

This article aims to look at the propaganda strategy of BAZNAS Bengkulu Province in poverty alleviation. The method in this study is a mixed method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation, with interactive model analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that in optimizing the management of zakat, it must be oriented to the values of da'wah based on maqosyid sharia in realizing its mission of proselytizing as poverty alleviation. The strategy used is to follow the da'wah management, namely the planning stage.
