Development of an e-modules for learning mathematics based on a scientific approach to help the online learning process
This study is motivated by teaching materials that are less attractive and difficult for students to understand in participating in online learning and the lack of teaching materials used in online learning, namely using only textbooks. This has an effect on student learning outcomes and students' mathematical abilities. The purpose of this study is to produce mathematics teaching materials in the form of e-modules for learning mathematics based on a scientific approach to assist the online learning process. This study is a development-research (R&D).
Strategi Abduktif-Deduktif Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Siswa
The background in this research is the lowerness of students’ problem solving ability in SMPN 4 Kerinci. According to the prior study, the abductive-deductive strategy can improve the stundets’ problem solving ability therefore we need to solve the lowerness of students’ problem solving ability by using abductive-deductive strategy in learning process. This research aims to improve students' problem solving ability by using abductive-deductive strategies. This research used the quasi-experimental method with the Control Group Pretest-Posttest design.
The Flipped Classroom Effect on Students’ Self-Regulated Learning
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the education system around the world, leading to changes in the implementation of learning that reduce the number of face-to-face meetings and require students to engage in more self-regulated learning. To ensure optimal student learning achievement despite studying independently, teachers must select a suitable model. One alternative solution to increase self-regulated learning is the Flipped Classroom model.
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Komik Berbasis Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan media berupa komik berbasis kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP. Salah satu keterampilan paling penting yang harus dikuasai siswa yaitu kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalah matematika. Akibatnya, dibutuhkan media untuk membantu siswa lebih memahami materi pelajaran dan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk memecahkan masalah matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media komik dalam pembelajaran matematika berdasarkan kemampuan siswa SMP dalam memecahkan masalah matematika.
Pengembangan E-Modul Pembelajaran Matematika menggunakan Aplikasi Flipbook Maker
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul pembelajaran matematika menggunakan aplikasi flipbook maker pada materi lingkaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis di SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development), dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan e-modul pembelajaran matematika.
REALISTIC MATHEMATIC EDUCATION-BASED STUDENT WORKSHEET TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' MATHEMATICAL REASONING ON CIRCLE MATERIAL
Mathematical reasoning is a critical feature emphasized in the objective of mathematics education since it may be utilized to solve mathematical problems and other difficulties. This study aims to provide student worksheets based on Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) on circle material that are valid, practical, and useful in increasing students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This research used a 4-D development model. Validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and test questions were employed as research tools.
The Development of Website-Based Worksheets on Flat 3D Shapes Topic
. The development of website-based worksheets represents an innovation to enhance the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this study is to outline the process of creating and assessing the feasibility of website-based worksheets on the topic of flat 3D shapes. The ADDIE model, consisting of five phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, was used in this research. The instruments utilized included media and content validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires, and tests.
The Student’s Learning Obstacle in Calculus Course
Calculus courses have become the basis of other mathematics courses. However, students often find obstacles in this course that cause low mastery of calculus.Therefore we need an in-depth analysis of students' obstacles in learning calculus to develop proper learning materials and methods. This research aims to analyze the students’ learning obstacles in solving mathematical problems in calculus courses. This research is a qualitative descriptive study.
The Visual Media-Assisted Problem-Based Learning Model: Does It Affect Students' Mathematical Critical Thinking Skills?
. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning model assisted by visual media on student learning outcomes on a Similarity topic. This research is experimental research using a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The population used in this study were ninth-grade students of one of the junior high schools in Kerinci, Jambi. The sample selection used a random sampling technique. Research data was obtained through pretest and posttest.
