Deskripsi/Abstract
Mastering a human language is a staggering challenge, for it requires mastering phonology, semantics, sintax, pragmatics, semiotics. Moreover, human communication involves not only language use but also non-verbal communication (facial expressions, tone of voice, gestures, and so on). People must learn these non-verbal signals as well, for they often clarify the meaning of a verbal message and are an important means of communicating in their own right
