As well as data collection techniques, namely questionnaires. The population in this study was 30 teachers. The data from this study were analyzed using partial significance tests (t-tests), simultaneous significance tests (f-tests) and coefficient of determination tests (R).
The results of this study indicate that: (1) the results of the t-count of workload on teacher performance with a significance value of (0.000 < 0.05) and (2) the results of the t-count of work environment on teacher performance with a significance value of (0.001 < 0.05). While the results of the f-count of workload and work environment on teacher performance with a significance value of (0.000 < 0.05).
