IMPLEMENTASI FUNGSI MANAJEMEN DAKWAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN PELAYANAN PENYULUHAN AGAMA KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN HAMPARAN RAWANG

This research aims to determine the form of implementing the Da'wah Management Function in Developing Religious Extension Services at the Hamparan Rawang District Religious Affairs Office. To find out the obstacles in implementing the Da'wah Management Function in Developing Religious Extension Services at the Hamparan Rawang District Religious Affairs Office. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The subjects of this research were the head of the KUA and religious instructors. Results of research on the Implementation of Da'wah Management Functions in Developing Religious Extension Services at the Hamparan Rawang District Religious Affairs Office. The form of implementing the da'wah management function has been carried out in several parts of the KUA work system which is carried out by religious instructors in the KUA to help religious instructors to be structured in conveying their da'wah to the community so that what is conveyed can be useful for the community. The obstacle is the lack of functional religious instructors and infrastructure, although there are several obstacles, it can still be overcome with the cooperation of the head, all staff and employees at KUA. We ask that this be paid attention to by the Ministry of Religion so that the service process at KUA runs smoothly and provides good benefits. for society.
