The purpose of this study was to provide resilience to the economic and social resilience of Muslim families during the pandemic and their interactions with family counseling in Pantai Cermin District, Solok Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of the study was the entire community of Pantai Cermin sub-district, Solok Regency. Sampling is by using a cluster random sampling system, by categorizing jorong which is rarely populated with densely populated areas. Some samples are chosen randomly or randomly from some of these clusters.

COVID-19 has a significant impact on various aspects, one of which is the learning process. This study aims to describe the readiness of teacher education students to organize online learning. The method used in this research was mixed methods. Ninety-seven students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program IAIN Kerinci filled in a survey from November to December 2021. For the purposes of qualitative data, 3 people participated, including the Head of the Department, the Dean and the Vice Rector for Academic.

Culture shock is one of the main problems for newcomer students. Some factors influencing culture shock include social support, emotional intelligence, and resilience. This study aimed to investigate the direct effect of social support and emotional intelligence on culture shock and indirectly through resilience.

The Effect of Religious Coping and Optimism on Psychological Well-Being among the Final-Year Undergraduate Students

Psychological well-being (PWB) is a desirable condition for college students as it enhances the quality of their studies. Conversely, low psychological well-being can impede their learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of religious coping and optimism on PWB, and the combined effect of religious coping and optimism on PWB. We employed a cross-sectional study design, and 202 final year students participated by completing the Psychological Wellbeing Scale, The Brief RCOPE, and the Life Orientation Test - Revised (LOT-R).

Perbedaan Resiliensi Siswa Laki-laki dan Perempuan yang Menjadi Korban Bullying

Resiliensi harus dimiliki oleh korban bullying sehingga dapat mencegah timbulnya depresi dan stres yang dapat berujung pada masalah yang lebih serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan resiliensi siswa yang menjadi korban bullying, serta membandingkan variabel tersebut antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Studi cross sectional secara online mengukur 256 responden sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 106 siswa yang pernah mendapatkan perlakuan bullying.

Pada era revolusi industri 4.0 mengharuskan siswa meng-upgrade keterampilan sesuai dengan bakat dan kecerdasan yang mereka miliki, sehingga siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas perlu dipersiapkan perencanaan karir mereka secara matang agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing menghasilkan karya dan produktivitas di era globalisasi dengan perilaku kapitalisme yang sudah akut. Salah satu solusi yang bisa dilakukan yaitu dengan memetakan kecerdasan siswa sesuai dengan sistem operasional otak manusia yang terdiri dan kecerdasan sensing, thinking, intuiting, feeling, dan insting.

Generalized anxiety disorder associated with individual work performance of Indonesian medical personnel during COVID-19 outbreak

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak has the potential to affect the mental health of medical personnel. This study aimed to investigate the anxiety experienced by medical personnel during the COVID-19 outbreak and its correlation with individual work performance. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 501 Medical Personnel in Indonesia. Anxiety level and work performance were assessed by the GAD-7 and IWP-1.0. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, Man-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Spearman's Rank-Order Correlation.

Stres Akademik dan Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Mengikuti Pembelajaran Daring selama Pandemi COVID-19

Wabah COVID-19 menyebabkan dampak yang signifikan pada beberapa aspek, salah satunya pembelajaran. Saat ini proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring dengan memanfaatkan beberapa aplikasi pembelajaran online (learning management system) dan sosial media. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan stres akademik dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa ketika mengikuti pembelajaran online, serta menguji hubungan antara keduanya. Sebanyak 204 mahasiswa mengisi Academic Stress Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Kohn & Frazer dan skala Motivasi Belajar yang dikembangkan secara mandiri oleh peneliti.

This study aims to analyze the description of prosocial behavior, differences in prosocial behavior based on socioeconomic conditions, gender, and culture, as well as the differences in prosocial behavior based on the interaction between culture, socioeconomic conditions, and gender. This research is a comparative descriptive study that uses comparative analysis techniques. A total of 123 students participated in this study, and the instrument used was the Likert scale. Hypothesis testing in this research used three-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).

An anxiety analysis of educators, students and parents facing the new normal era in education sector in indonesia

The increasing trend of positive cases of COVID-19 causes anxiety in the general public and certain groups of people. A study identified high levels of anxiety among respondents related to COVID-19, where more than 80 % of them were preoccupied with thoughts about COVID-19, 72 % worried about themselves and those closest to them during the pandemic, and 40 % were paranoid with the contagious mind of COVID-19. The COVID-19 Pandemic also affects the psychological aspects of students (Cao et al., 2020), as well as being a major challenge to mental health of older adults (Yang et al., 2020).
