The Influence of Trust, Online Marketing, Brand Image, and Purchasing Decisions on Customer Loyalty is a scientific literature study article within the scope of Marketing Management Science. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the work motivation of teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Kerinci. The research was conducted using a multiple linear regression analysis approach to determine the significance of the factors affecting the work motivation of teachers. The research data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 80 teachers from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Kerinci.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasikanpeninggalanpeninggalan yang sudah hampir terlupakan dikalangan anak muda dan juga mengenalkan unsurunsur matematika seperti geometri yang bisa dilihat pada bangunan jirok dan bilik padi.

Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan dokumentasi. Instrumen tes berupa 3 buah soal uraian kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan cara mereduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
