Deskripsi/Abstract
In mathematics learning, the diverse characteristics of students and the lack of anticipation in addressing the problems faced by each individual student become one of the obstacles in learning that can affect the success of mathematics education.The hypothetical learning trajectory (HLT) based on RME is indeed very important for identifying the obstacles that students may face during learning.This research aims to design an RME-based HLT on the topic of arithmetic sequences and series.The method used in this research is design research with a qualitative approach.Data were obtained through Student Activity Sheets (LAS), interviews, observations, and expert opinions.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Kerinci.The learning trajectory hypothesis that has been developed was then implemented in class XD at SMA Negeri 3 Kerinci, which consists of 31 students.This research produced HLT on sequences and arithmetic series obtained through learning activities with the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach
