This research was motivated by the low condition of empathy shown by the students of guidance and counseling study program in college X. Meanwhile, empathy is one of the basic skills that should be possessed by a counselor. This study aims to describe the condition of empathy of students of guidance and counseling study program in college X. This study used descriptive approach, with a sample of 77 people selected by simple random sampling technique. The instruments used are Gina Empathy Scale (GE-S) with Alpha Cronbach 0.829.
