The Sammaniyah Order was the largest in the archipelago and became the driver of jihad fi sabilillah against the Dutch colonial. The involvement of the Sammaniyah Congregation in the political world has denied various views that claim the tarekat as the bearer of setbacks and chaos. This reason is the basis of this tarekat and political study. To find answers to the grand problem of the relationship between the Sammaniyah Congregation and the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate, historical research methods are used with steps such as heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography.

Development in the socio-political field and stabilization of political awareness of life are necessary for every citizen, in order to achieve Pancasila Democracy so that it can guarantee the smooth running of the business to achieve the national goals. This research uses a practical juridical approach. The data obtained will then be analyzed qualitatively by drawing conclusions using inductive methods.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa berita terutama jenis teks dan wacana. Pertimbangan besar dalam analisis ini adalah struktur wacana berita, seperti berbagai tingkat atau dimensi penggambaran dan unit-unit atau kategori yang berguna untuk mengkategorikam tingkat dan dimensi tersebut. Analisis ini menjawab pertanyaan penting mengenai struktur wacana berita yang khusus seperti yang dibandingkankan dengan jenis lain dari wacana. Penulis hanya fokus pada studi retorika wacana saja.

When people come together to meet their needs, they are composed of various groups and parties (social beings), which allows the competition and disputes. So Allah sent down the regulations and obligations for them as guidelines that they must comply in life together, to keep the implementation of the regulation, obliging him to appoint a manager in charge of managing their affairs and to act as a judge in resolving disputes between them.

Di Kabupaten Kerinci dan Kota Sungai Penuh, keterlibatan langsung warga dalam setiap pemilihan politik telah membawa perubahan besar. Tidak saja bagi meningkatnya partisipasi warga secara langsung dalam politik, namun juga beberapa ekses negatif terhadap prilaku memilih warga. Di antara yang paling menonjol adalah pola pilihan yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh unsur primordialisme dan penggunaan uang sebagai imbalan dalam pemilihan.
