This study aims to analyze the problems in implementing the Sekolah Penggerak program located at SMP Negeri 13 Kerinci in the 2024/2025 school year, with the samples used are teachers and principals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze the challenges in implementing the Sekolah Penggerak program. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and principals and observations of teaching activities and program implementation at school.

The role of school supervisors is crucial in enhancing the quality of education; however, their effectiveness in the context of junior high schools in rural areas has yet to be extensively studied. This research aims to analyze the role of school supervisors in controlling teacher quality at SMAN 3 Sungai Penuh, focusing on six indicators: inspecting, advising, monitoring, coordinating, reporting, and performing leadership. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with one school supervisor and two teachers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh sales promotion, content marketing dan shopping lifestyle terhadap keputusan impulse buying. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa IAIN Kerinci yang melakukan aktivitas belanja di platform e-commerce Shopee. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada mahasiswa dari berbagai fakultas di IAIN Kerinci, dengan menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael dengan margin of error 1%, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 182 mahasiswa. Sebaran sampelnya adalah FTIK 61 orang, FEBI 42 orang, Faksyar 40 orang, dan FUAD 39 orang.

This study aims to reveal academic burnout in students who join organizations and how many students experience academic burnout when participating in organizations. The research method used was quantitative, with a descriptive approach and a sample of 50 students participating in the organization.

Feor of Missing Out (FoMO) is the feeling of someone who always feels afraid of being "left behind" because they don't take part in certain activities or a feeling of anxiety and fear due to missing out on something new. This is due to a lack of Self Control which makes it difficult for individuals to direct their actions towards positive things. And teenagers who experience the Feor of Missing Out (FoMO) also need Self Regulation in themselves so that they can manage their thoughts and focus on their achievements.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of field trip activities on students' learning motivation in the plant taxonomy course. It uses a survey method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The present study was conducted at IAIN Kerinci with a sample of fourth semester students of the Biology Education Study Program in 2024 who took the plant taxonomy course. The data collection technique was a questionnaire based on learning motivation indicators, according to Uno (2008). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the percentage of motivation for each indicator.

This study aims to examine the Influence of Product Quality and Price on the Loyalty of Telkomsel Prepaid Card Users with Customer Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable. This research employs a quantitative method with a sample size of 101 respondents who are Telkomsel card users in Sungai Penuh City, calculated based on the Lemeshow formula. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan model promosi di media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian generasi Z di Sungai Penuh berdasarkan model komunikasi pemasaran AISAS (Attention, Intereset, Search, Action dan Share). Pada penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner, populasi dari penelitian ini adalah generasi Z di Sungai Penuh (11-25 tahun), sampel yang digunakan adalah 90 orang, analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0.
