Dusun Dalam Village Government established a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Karya Dermawan is a policy utilization. The main pillar was established BUMDes Karya Dermawan in accordance with the mandate of the objectives whose activities were oriented to encourage the welfare of the village community. Therefore, this study was conducted aimed at looking at the welfare provided by BUMDes Karya Dermawan Dusun Dalam village especially to the beneficiary community and compare the level of welfare before and after BUMDes Karya Dermawan was established.

Maqasid sharia is still one of the exciting study themes to be studied. Because of its development, the study of maqasid discourse is still in an effort to find the ideal form of the conceptual formulation. For this reason, this study will review the correlation between the understanding of maqasid sharia and social change as a necessity in an effort to do istinbath al-ahkam.

Buying and selling is a basic form of human economic activity and is recommended in Islam because Rasulullah SAW has mentioned in the hadith that nine out of 10 gates of fortune are through buying and selling (commerce). Buying and selling are not prohibited in Islam but allowed to practice and do it in everyday life. Today, buying and selling transactions use online media (e-commerce). Some people understand it as a business related to the internet.

The Ottoman Empire stood above Sharia’s Islam, which at first was only a sultanate and then its power expanded to the gates of Vienna (Austria), the North African region, Arabia and its territory to Aceh Darussalam. The Legal Capitulation Treaty was favorable in the heyday, because traders were stimulated to carry out activities in the Ottoman ports, especially in Istanbul. While many of the borrowers are not able to pay off debts due in return they have to pay along with money borrowed. On the other hand benefits granted on the basis of borrowing money, according to scholars of fiqh including usury. So to avoid usury, the community of Bukhara and Balkh formatting a form of trading known as alWafa` Bai'u.

The custom of margondang is commonly carried out in traditional marriages of the South Tapanuli people. Margondang is a ceremony that has noble cultural values. However, the current implementation is inserted with things that erode these cultural values. This study aims to describe the cultural values of the margondang custom and to analyze the law of the implementation of the margondang custom at the wedding ceremony of the people of South Tapanuli. Doctrinal law research with a coceptual approach.

The research problems addressed in the article are the background story behind Ibn al-Muqaffa’s proposal for taqnīn, the historical background of the creation of the Islamic law codification in Indonesia, and the synchronization of ibn alMuqaffa’s idea for taqnīn with the codification of Islamic law in Indonesia. The current study aims to unravel the view of Ibn Al-Muqaffa, an Islamic figure, about taqnīn. A biographical study was conducted by doing library research, especially on Ibn Al-Muqaffa’s proposal for taqnīn.

Corruption is an extraordinary crime that can threaten the survival of many people's lives. Therefore, the existence of corruption must be prevented and eradicated at its roots. Corruption occurs through complex factors, not only caused by structural but also cultural factors. Therefore, the eradication of corruption is not enough in the structural measures such as punishment, but need to extendto other penalties such as social sanction. This study is a descriptive qualitative study with library techniques.
