The purpose of this research is to insvestigate the correlation between language learning strategies and self-efficacy beliefs in speaking English among English Department students of State Islamic Institute of Kerinci the academic year 2023/2024 academic year. Language learning strategies are essential tools used by students to enhance their English proficiency, while self-efficacy beliefs play a significant role in their confidence and ability to speak the language effectively.
