This study aims to: (1). Understand the implementation process of School Based Management as an effort to improve the quality of learning in National Standard Schools (2). To find out how the results of implementing School Based Management can improve the quality of learning in National Standard Schools. (3). To find out the obstacles to the implementation of School Based Management in improving the quality of learning in National Standard Schools.

This research to describe the management of interpersonal communication between teacher and student in SD Islam Mutiara Al Madani Sungai Penuh in the process of implementation character education. In addition, this research to determine the factors supporting the achievements, obstacles and solution that faced SD Islam Mutiara Al Madani Sungai Penuh in the process of implementation of character education. This research uses qualitative methodology is descriptive qualitative research focusing on teachers and studens.

This research was aimed to find out and analyze how the implementation of traditional recitation activities as a resource of Character Education for the Siulak Mukai Community. Character education are coming from family and the surrounding environment is the main foundation for influencing human character. This traditional recitation activity is a program of the Siulak Mukai homegrown people.

Principals are educational institution leaders responsible for the management and growth of their schools. Principals with solid managerial skills can motivate school staff to work effectively and efficiently, thereby enhancing the performance of teachers and support staff. This study's objective was to identify variances in the managerial competence of school principals based on their accreditation ratings. This research employed a cross-sectional survey methodology. One hundred sixteen school principals participated in the survey.

A knowledge of religion which is classified as very little, is presented at the elementary school level regarding knowledge of the Islamic Religion which makes the nation's generation not have a strong foundation. This article aims to reveal the management of student study time after the Covid-19 pandemic in dealing with culture shock in Indonesia. This article uses qualitative research method. This type of research is a case study, namely culture shock post covid-19 pandemic. Research problems in research are explained descriptively. The data collection technique that is with the library such scientific articles, books, and other sources relevant to the research topic.

Teacher certification is one way to ensure that teachers have the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies necessary to provide quality teaching and achieve optimal learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the performance of certified and non-certified teachers and to compare the performance of teachers in both groups. The study used a survey design. Over a period of two months, 115 teachers from two schools in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province, participated in the survey. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive and Mann Whitney U Test.

Cooperative Learning merupakan sebuah kelompok strategi pengajaran yang melibatkan siswa bekerja secara berkolaborasi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Cooperative Learning disusun dalam sebuah usaha untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, memfasilitasi siswa dalam pengalaman sikap kepemimpinan dan membuat keputusan dalam kelompok, serta memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dan belajar bersama siswa yang berbeda latar belakangnya. Belajar secara kooperatif akan mendorong hasil belajar dan pembelajaran keterampilan siswa untuk semua tingkat usia.
