BAI’AT TAREKAT SAMMANIYAH TERHADAP PENDIDIK DI PROVINSI JAMBI
In this research, we explore the process of bai'at educators in the Sammaniyah congregation and
its internalization and implications for changes in educator competence in Jambi Province,
Indonesia. This study uses descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The aim is
to find out the process of bai'at of the Sammaniyah tarekat, internalization methods, and changes
in educator competence using observation data collection methods and semi-structured interviews
involving 7 participants. Data analysis using thematic.
