Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Sekabupaten Kerinci

This research is motivated by several fundamental issues related to the not yet optimal implementation of Islamic religious education learning supervision in Kerinci district junior high schools at this time and is a concern that needs to be addressed in the context of learning, because it can have an impact on low discipline and student learning outcomes. The teacher's performance itself is strongly influenced by factors such as the implementation of supervision. With this support, PBM of Islamic religious education at the junior high school level can slowly but surely be improved.

Dalam rangka membantu membebaskan masyarakat dari kebodohan dan keterbelakangan yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, perlu dilakukan penjaminan mutu sesuai dengan standar, norma, kriteria, dan pedoman penyelenggaraan pendidikan nasional. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kepemimpinan, budaya kegiatan, dan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan untuk mengetahui faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar.

The Effect of Self-Esteem on Resilience among Victims of Bullying: Does Gender Play a Role*

Bullying has become a serious issue in educational institutions. Bullying causes significant negative effects on physical, social, and psychological aspects. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of self-esteem on resilience. We also analyzed the resilience differences between male and female students. Through a cross-sectional study design, 86 students participated in completing a survey. The Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale developed by Mynard & Joseph was used to determine respondents who were victims of bullying.

Mutu pendidikan merupakan sasaran pembangunan dibidang pendidikan nasional dan merupakan bagian integral dari upaya peningkatan kualitas manusia Indonesia secara menyeluruh Dalam rangka mewujudkan fungsi idealnya itu madrasah harus senantiasa mengorientasikan diri agar tetap survice dan mampu tampil bermakna, di tengah tuntutan terhadap penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan penghayatan nilai-nilai agama. Dalam kenyataannya upaya pemerintah tersebut belum cukup berarti dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) sangat penting dibentuk dalam diri mahasiswa. Kenyataandilapangan, proses pendidikan yang selama ini dilakukan dinilai belum sepenuhnya berhasil dalam membangun manusia Indonesia yang berkarakter. Disamping itu, dilihat dari perkembangan zaman saat sekarang ini, kebutuhan masyarakat sangat dipengaruhi oleh budaya barat. Oleh sebab itu, individu jika dinilai dari kecerdasan spiritualnya sangatmemprihatinkan.

The Effects of Principal Leadership on Effective School Management

The quality of education in Indonesia needs to improve. In order to achieve quality education the leadership of the school principal and the school management matters. This study was conducted to examine the influence of the principal and the school leadership on effective school management. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 113 people. The study used the Likert model, as the principal's leadership instrument and effective school management instrument. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis.

Forum Keagamaan sebagai Identitas, Multikulturalisme dan Peran Perempuan dalam Moderasi Beragama: Studi Fenomenologi Agama BKMT Kabupaten Kerinci

This study aims to analyze how religious forums become the identity of religious women, the relationship between women and religious moderation, and analyze the relationship between religious forums, women, multiculturalism, and religious moderation. The scope of the religious forum will focus on Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim (BKMT). This study uses a religious phenomenological approach by comparing the existence and initial goals of the BKMT itself.

Rasch analysis of student attributes: development and validation of scale to measure religious moderation

In Indonesia, the narrative of Religious Moderation is being hotly discussed and has even been included in the RPJMN 2020-2024. The target index has been determined, but measurement instruments are still minimal and can be used to measure the level of religious moderation at the university level. This research was conducted in response to these needs. The development of this instrument uses a unidimensional construct using Rasch analysis. The number of samples used was 406 students selected using the multistage random sampling technique.
