This research is motivated by several fundamental issues related to the not yet optimal implementation of Islamic religious education learning supervision in Kerinci district junior high schools at this time and is a concern that needs to be addressed in the context of learning, because it can have an impact on low discipline and student learning outcomes. The teacher's performance itself is strongly influenced by factors such as the implementation of supervision. With this support, PBM of Islamic religious education at the junior high school level can slowly but surely be improved.

Dalam rangka membantu membebaskan masyarakat dari kebodohan dan keterbelakangan yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, perlu dilakukan penjaminan mutu sesuai dengan standar, norma, kriteria, dan pedoman penyelenggaraan pendidikan nasional. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kepemimpinan, budaya kegiatan, dan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan untuk mengetahui faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar.

Bullying has become a serious issue in educational institutions. Bullying causes significant negative effects on physical, social, and psychological aspects. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of self-esteem on resilience. We also analyzed the resilience differences between male and female students. Through a cross-sectional study design, 86 students participated in completing a survey. The Multidimensional Peer-Victimization Scale developed by Mynard & Joseph was used to determine respondents who were victims of bullying.

Dalam kenyataannya upaya pemerintah tersebut belum cukup berarti dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstrak. Ketatnya persaingandalamlapangan kerja sekarang ini menuntut lulusan dari lembaga pendidikan yang bermutupendidikan Islam sebagai agen perubahan sosial masyarakat.Indonesia dituntut untuk mampu memainkanperannya secara dinamis dan proaktif dalam setiap zaman. Harapan tersebut tidaklah mudah untuk diwujudkan, hingga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia sering berhadapan dengan berbagai problematika yang tidak ringan.

Abstrak. Sistem pendidikan pada saat ini lebih mengutamakan pada pengembangan sikap Spiritual yang ada hubungannya dengan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ). Kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) sangat penting dibentuk dalam diri mahasiswa. Kenyataandilapangan, proses pendidikan yang selama ini dilakukan dinilai belum sepenuhnya berhasil dalam membangun manusia Indonesia yang berkarakter. Disamping itu, dilihat dari perkembangan zaman saat sekarang ini, kebutuhan masyarakat sangat dipengaruhi oleh budaya barat. Oleh sebab itu, individu jika dinilai dari kecerdasan spiritualnya sangatmemprihatinkan.

The quality of education in Indonesia needs to improve. In order to achieve quality education the leadership of the school principal and the school management matters. This study was conducted to examine the influence of the principal and the school leadership on effective school management. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 113 people. The study used the Likert model, as the principal's leadership instrument and effective school management instrument. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis.

This study aims to analyze how religious forums become the identity of religious women, the relationship between women and religious moderation, and analyze the relationship between religious forums, women, multiculturalism, and religious moderation. The scope of the religious forum will focus on Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim (BKMT). This study uses a religious phenomenological approach by comparing the existence and initial goals of the BKMT itself.

In Indonesia, the narrative of Religious Moderation is being hotly discussed and has even been included in the RPJMN 2020-2024. The target index has been determined, but measurement instruments are still minimal and can be used to measure the level of religious moderation at the university level. This research was conducted in response to these needs. The development of this instrument uses a unidimensional construct using Rasch analysis. The number of samples used was 406 students selected using the multistage random sampling technique.

Smart phones and people are two things something not separate that from one another. Children, adolescents and adults use smart phones. Their intensity with their smart phones varies. Smart phones provide a variety of features, not just to receive and make long-distance calls,activities such as self and edit it for hours, watching movies, surfing the Internet, games, social media and others can also be done. Various data show that the cumulative time of this activity results in a high level of smart phone usage, both in children, adolescence and adulthood. So, what about old adult?
