Minangkabau and Mandailing are two different ethnicities. Minangkabau ethnicity has a modernist dominant Muslim and has a matrilineal tradition. While the Mandailing ethnic group has a conservative dominant Islam and has a patrilinear tradition. Of the two ethnic groups, two large organizations were born on the island of Sumatra, namely Muhammadiyah from the Minangkabau ethnic group identified with Pemuda and Al-Washliyah from the Mandailing ethnic group identified with Kaum Tua, both of which had major influences in education, culture and health and politics. .

Salafiyah is reform movement focusing on the matters of akidah and Islamic puritanism. The Islamic teaching should not be treated as a doctrine (das sein) in the society but it should be actualized as stipulated by al-Qur’an and Hadis (das sollen).

Dewasa ini, bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual semakin berkembang. Aturan hukum yang ada saat ini belum cukup mengatur terkait kekerasan seksual tersebut. Maka dibentuk Rancangan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual untuk mengakomodasi perlindungan hukum terhadap kekerasan seksual di Indonesia. Studi perbandingan antara Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana dengan Rancangan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual ini bertujuan untuk mereformasi aturan hukum terkait kekerasan seksual yang ada di Indonesia.

Pada masa kontemporer ini, banyak masyarakat Muslim Indonesia yang berasumsi bahwa asuransi merupakan pilihan yang terbaik. Karena mereka menganggap bahwa asuransi dapat menjamin kehidupan mereka. Namun, hal ini kurang dibenarkan dalam syari’ah Islam karena asuransi yang mereka gunakan adalah asuransi konvensional. Yang mana didalamnya terdapat permasalahan-permasalahan seperti gharar dan maisir yang sangat bertentangan dengan syari’ah Islam.

This paper examines the hadiths of the hadith tradition in riyadush shalihin: the study of the guarding of the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet. The issues that are being studied are: What are the traditions of the Holy Prophet in the chapter to keep the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet in Riyadush Shalihin, how the quality and how the scholars understand it. This research is pure literature by using the method of criticism of hadith as a means of assessing the quality of the hadith.

The Sammaniyah Order was the largest in the archipelago and became the driver of jihad fi sabilillah against the Dutch colonial. The involvement of the Sammaniyah Congregation in the political world has denied various views that claim the tarekat as the bearer of setbacks and chaos. This reason is the basis of this tarekat and political study. To find answers to the grand problem of the relationship between the Sammaniyah Congregation and the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate, historical research methods are used with steps such as heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography.

This research is a qualitative research with a type of field research.

The purpose of this study was to find out the potential utilization of sleeping land in Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir Village, Lake Kerinci Subdistrict, Kerinci Regency and find out suitable agricultural processing solutions for sleeping land in Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir Village, Lake Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. Research subjects included: farmers and community members around the sleeping area.

The approach used in this research is qualitative research approach by using field research type (field research). The subject of the study was the principal at MAS Thawalib Tanjung Limau.
