THE PRACTICE OF ESTABLISHING ISLAMIC LAW BY INDIGENOUS PEOPLE: A Study of Five Villages in Kedepatian Semerap, Kerinci Regency

Every fatwa issued by the ulama for a particular village in Kerinci refers to the adage, specifically in the five towns of the Kedepatian Semerap. In these five villages, the fatwas were issued and legitimized by the adat community. This article aims to determine what decisions are made and how the practice of establishing Islamic law by indigenous peoples in the customary area of the Kedepatian Semerap, Kerinci Regency. This type of research is qualitative field research.

Religious Radicalism Prevention Model in Ma’had Al-Jami’ah at State Islamic Universities

This article aims to formulate a strategy for preventing anti-religious radicalism at PTKIN's Ma'had al-Jami'ah in Indonesia, which is synergized with the Ma'had al-Jami'ah curriculum for the development of Ma'had alJami'ah. This study utilized qualitative research methods and a case study approach. This study's population was Ma'had al-Jamiah at PTKIN in Indonesia. Observation of non-participants and interviews were utilized for data collecting, with condensation, presentation, and conclusion approaches for data analysis.

Welfare Beneficiary Community BUMDes Karya Dermawan Dusun Dalam Village

Dusun Dalam Village Government established a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Karya Dermawan is a policy utilization. The main pillar was established BUMDes Karya Dermawan in accordance with the mandate of the objectives whose activities were oriented to encourage the welfare of the village community. Therefore, this study was conducted aimed at looking at the welfare provided by BUMDes Karya Dermawan Dusun Dalam village especially to the beneficiary community and compare the level of welfare before and after BUMDes Karya Dermawan was established.

Buying and selling is a basic form of human economic activity and is recommended in Islam because Rasulullah SAW has mentioned in the hadith that nine out of 10 gates of fortune are through buying and selling (commerce). Buying and selling are not prohibited in Islam but allowed to practice and do it in everyday life. Today, buying and selling transactions use online media (e-commerce). Some people understand it as a business related to the internet.

After a leadership crisis, this legal capitulation agreement has been fruitful.

BAI'UL WAFA` ( Review Penggunaan Dalil Mashlahah di Kalangan Hanafiyah)

Ba'i al-Wafa` first appeared in Central Asia, especially Bukhara and Balkh around the 5th century AH in order to avoid usury in borrowing. Many of the rich when it is not willing to lend money without any remuneration they receive. While many of the borrowers are not able to pay off debts due in return they have to pay along with money borrowed. On the other hand benefits granted on the basis of borrowing money, according to scholars of fiqh including usury. So to avoid usury, the community of Bukhara and Balkh formatting a form of trading known as alWafa` Bai'u.

Hybrid Learning: Strategies to Attract Student Learning Interests and Outcomes on Post Pandemic

The hybrid learning model, also called "mixed learning," is a way to move towards an efficient new normal. Hybrid learning includes both in-person and online meetings that are planned ahead of time so that learning goals can be communicated directly during face-to-face learning. So, the goal of this study was to look at how the hybrid learning model could be used as a way to get post-pandemic students interested in learning and improve their understanding when using full distance learning mode.
