Deskripsi/Abstract
The increasing trend of positive cases of COVID-19 causes anxiety in the general public and certain groups of people. A study identified high levels of anxiety among respondents related to COVID-19, where more than 80 % of them were preoccupied with thoughts about COVID-19, 72 % worried about themselves and those closest to them during the pandemic, and 40 % were paranoid with the contagious mind of COVID-19. The COVID-19 Pandemic also affects the psychological aspects of students (Cao et al., 2020), as well as being a major challenge to mental health of older adults (Yang et al., 2020). If anxiety felt by educators and students is not dealt with immediately, while on the other hand they are required to follow face-to- face teaching and learning process, it is feared that it can cause higher psychological pressure on educators and students
