English is an international language. Because of a variety of English spoken in
different parts of the world, there is no purity of pronunciation. Therefore, many
people often come across alternate pronunciation and mispronunciations. The
problem is that students do not know the difference between TH sounds and often
misinterpret words that contain th sounds in the fricative sound.
