This study analyzes the effect of profitability ratios, leverage, and company size on earnings management in Property and Construction Companies registered with Shariah Compliant Securities Malaysia. The sample of this research was 40 companies which were selected using the random sampling method. This study uses Eviews 9 software to analyze data. The results showed that the profitability ratio partially affected earnings management, while the leverage ratio and company size did not have a significant effect on earnings management.

This study attempts to explain the relationship between work stress and work environment on teacher morale. Job stress in terms of task demands, role demands, interpersonal demands, organizational structure of organizational leadership. The working environment is viewed from the lighting / light in the workplace, air circulation in the workplace, noise at work, unpleasant odors at work, security at work. This study aims to examine the perceptions of financial statements and accounting knowledge of the quality of MSME financial statements in the full river city in 2019. The population in this study was MSMEs in the full river city. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents with purposive sampling data collection techniques. This study intends to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kerinci Regency. This research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic in the period March to May 2020. This study aims to look at the role of the community and students in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic through the formation of a group of volunteers. This research method is a qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the role of the community in overcoming Covid-19 through the formation of volunteers sat cluster categorized as "good". This research is a descriptive analytical and verification study using a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the financial statements of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple linear regression. From the simultaneous testing (f test) it was concluded that Murabahah and Ijarah Income had a significant effect on the profitability of PT.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam tentang Penanaman Etos Kerja di Bank 9 Jambi dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajerial, bagaimana pembinaan karyawan di Bank 9 Jambi dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajerial, dan untuk mengetahui hasil kinerja karyawan setelah dilakukan Pembinaan guna meningkatkan kualitas manajerial. Berikutnya, ketika massa banyak menolak Omnibus Law, pemerintah Indonesia menyatakan bahwa penolakan tersebut disebabkan oleh hoax. Alhasil, ada beberapa orang yang ditangkap dengan menggunakan UU ITE sebagai landasan.

Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT) is a sharia microfinance institution that is conceptually held for non-profit muslims. In collecting funds and channeling based on sharia principles, the problems are resolved in the religious court. Judging from the aspect of economic justice, it is not very different from other financial institutions, only the BMT management target dives more on the potential of zakat, infaq and sedeqah that favor the helpless dhu'afa to be empowered, from consumptive to productive and having resilience with populist based financial management and amaliyah value.
